zaina plaza? more like zaina disaster. bed sheets were dirty, and i couldn't breathe from the toilet smell. expected at least a welcome gift for tolerating all that, but no. and oh, the receptionist seemed like he was doing me a favor, not the other way around. almost thought about a good review, but just couldn't.

zaina plaza offered a spacious single room with a stunning city view. the staff truly felt like family, especially when they helped me during a tough situation with fraudsters. they even joined me for dinner and never left me alone. overall, a great place close to shops and restaurants.
the only downside was that cleaning could be improved a bit.

10/10
Folks, I tell ya, the room was cleaner than a whistle, and the staff treated me like kin. Abeer was pure gold with all her recommendations on where to eat. The location's just perfect—walked to the downtown and soaked in the lively atmosphere without breakin' a sweat.

Friendly staff made checking in easy.
I had a terrible experience with cleanliness. the room was dusty, and the kitchen area was just a sink. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, showing signs of rust and neglect.

spacious rooms, stunning city view, convenient dining options
Cleanliness improvement needed!!! Dusty surfaces, unkempt bathroom fixtures, and lack of basic amenities like a kettle and fridge made for a subpar experience. The room's overall maintenance felt neglected, resulting in an uninviting atmosphere!!!

It was just a suitable option for a short visit in Amman with fantastic value for money. The staff were pretty helpful and made check-in a breeze despite the rough exterior. Bring your own toiletries as they don't provide much in that department.
